Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Health & Design

I am an Illustrator and Graphic Designer by trade but my BJJ artwork started off in my notebook. At first I would start by drawing details of the techniques that I was learning so that I could remember small things such as hand placement, sweep directions or even where my weight should be distributed. Now even my art sketchbook is full of Jiu Jitsu. This blog is not only about my Jiu Jitsu journey as a practitioner but also as an artist.
